March was a very busy month for Work Comp Staffing Solutions. We helped 6 diverse staffing companies partner with Professional Employer Organizations (PEO’s.)
Success #1. 2M staffing company in Maryland had been cancelled by their current carrier and needed workers compensation insurance to service their current clients, and 1M in immediate new business. All their codes were light industrial with a focus on mail room positions; and they had a 1.6 mod!
Success #2. New staffing company in California. This company places medical professionals all through Northern California and could not wait the 6 month’s that it usually takes for the California State Fund to process their paperwork. We found them a PEO to partner within a week, as well as payroll funding company, so they were ready to do business.
Success #3. Florida based medical staffing company that places occupational and physical therapists in permanent positions for 12 years and was driven by client demand to expand into temporary and contract staffing throughout the United States. We also found a staffing funding company (with very low rates) to finance their A/R expansion.
Success #4. Georgia IT staffing company using the State Fund found it less expensive to utilize a PEO that offered a more extensive menu of health care benefits to its employees, and could service their growth into other states.
